- Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order required.
- How do I place an order?
Place your order online at our website, www.nailfilestore.com, 24-hours a day.
- What is your shipping policy?
No minimum order is required. Orders placed before 10:00AM Pacific Time Monday through Friday should ship the same business day. We are closed on most national holidays. Orders $50.00 and above will ship freight free in the continental US. All products ship via FedEx ground service or US Postal Service. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. boxes. We ship worldwide by FedEx or Priority Mail. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. A nominal shipping and handling charge of $5.95 will apply to orders below $50.00. A valid contact phone number and email address are required for all shipments.
- Why is my credit card being declined?
In the majority of cases credit cards are declined due to entering an incorrect billing address. The correct billing address is where the statement is mailed.
- What is your return policy?
If you have an issue with all or part of your order please give us call at (805) 641-1592. Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund. If the order is damaged or broken due to shipping please give us a call or email us (info@nailfilestore.com). Please do not return the item until speaking with a customer service representative. 150 - 240 | Medium | Shaping the free edge of acrylics or gels; light shaping of acrylics or gels; sometimes used to lightly etch the natural nail in preparation for product (many manufacturers recommend against etching the nail surface with any file); grits higher than 220 are good for shaping and smoothing all nail surfaces as well as the free edges of natural nails. |
